Pan Ocean Oil – Competency Management System

TDC together with its partner Petroleum Expertise;
– Carried out a preliminary training needs analysis for operations and maintenance personnel associated with the Ovade-Ogharefe Gas Plant,
– Developed a range of competency profiles for operations and maintenance technicians,
– Developed a training plan, based on the competency profiles developed above, for Pan Ocean approval, and
– Organized and delivered the training required, in agreement with Pan Ocean.

Impact: 41 new technicians (operations and maintenance technicians) and 300 other new hires.
